Traveling opens  our minds  up and gives us new visions of the world around us. We  see new  things that inspire us to paint and exposes our clients/collectors to  places they may have never been OR  wish to remember.  In the fall , I will be driving through Holland, Belgium and Germany experiencing their cultures and looking for scenes that inspire us all.  Imagine a sunset in Amsterdam over the city near a canal that captures the beauty of the place.  Bruges, Belgium , near the sea,  giving a cityscape atmosphere painting. and following the Fairy Tale Road in Germany while  gathering landscape scenes around  Sleeping Beauty's Castle in Sababurg;  Rapunzel's tower in Trendelburg, and  Snow White in Spassart Mountains forest by Lohr am Main. The Brothers Grimm spent years gather stories from regions of Germany that inspire us. I am sure they left out the grimm parts!!!  Happy paintings through inspirational travel!
